A woman affected by leprosy, Ms Asha Selemani, walks at the compound of a house she is living with other leppers at Chazi camp, Kigugu village in Mvomero District, Morogoro Region recently. The house owned by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare is extensively dilapidated.
