FROM JUSTIN BEIBER TO SELENA GOMEZ, 'GETWELLSELENA' :


The Actress, Selena Gomez, received some Sweet Tweets on Friday from fans and one very special guy, boyfriend, Justin Bieber. The Biebs, again proving he has the Twitter power to get a trend going, publicly showed concern for his hospitalized girlfriend by reposting the hashtag #Getwellselena.

The hashtag post to Gomez from Beiber followed after the reported severe headache and nausea the actress was expereincing and so got rushed to hospital, Thursday, on the show with Jay Leno where she was promoting her upcoming movie "Monte Carlo".
